What Is Included

Facilities: 3 gender-neutral restrooms (1 ADA accessible), Upstairs fully equipped bar (sink, ice maker, fridge)

Furniture: Bar/lounge seating, Downstairs lounge seating, Barstools at the bar area, Fees apply for removal of set items/furniture.

Equipment: Bluetooth speaker with microphone (upon request), Multi-colored wall lights, Dimmable chandeliers, Magnetic Spotlights for additional lighting (must be specified in advance for staff set-up).

Trash: Multiple large trash cans with extra bags provided. Trash cans in restrooms. Trash cans upstairs at the bar area. Dumpster located outside if needed.

Cars & Layout: Variety of unique cars on display. Specified layouts are subject to additional fees. Specific cars are not guaranteed, but we will work with you to meet your vision.

Parking: Free parking on-site with ample space wrapping around the building. Directions and parking instructions provided at booking. Valet recommended for larger events.

Climate Control: The building is equipped with Air Conditioning and heating to maintain a comfortable temperature during events.

Staff: On-site during events for emergencies and event support.
